Biography

Based in the Philadelphia metro area, Conor may one of the only photographers who holds a BA in Theatre Production & Management (Marymount Manhattan College, 2011).

He's been making photographs since he was old enough to operate a 35mm point-and-shoot, but he's no longer cutting off the heads of his subjects.  Conor received the bulk of his photography training in his high school's darkroom under the tutelage of Sue Scott Ptacek; ultimately he decided to pursue another passion in College.  Feeling something was missing from his life, he quickly returned to his first love after finishing his undergraduate studies.

Initially focusing on live music photography, Clancy later branched out to explore portraits, travel photography, and most recently, photojournalism with his personal project, "Behind The Bear's Cage."

He's had the honor of capturing musicians such as Bombay Bicycle Club, Billy Idol, Garbage, Milo Greene, MS MR, No Doubt, and Taking Back Sunday, as well as working closely with artists Shoshana Bean, Bre Kennedy, Kaylyn Marie, and Remember Jones.
